A couple more days

Hello fellow bloggers, I have a couple more days until I leave on my mission. I feel as though I've had enough time to properly prepare; however, I feel so overwhelmed. My farewell talk which is based off a talk by  the topic of which is miracles & missionary work: http://www.lds.org/general-conference/2013/04/its-a-miracle?lang=eng. I'm super excited to speak in my home ward and see all the wonderful people who have helped encourage me throughout the years. My friends and family are all coming up for my farewell on the Sunday. I'm ecstatic to be serving the Lord and the people of Ohio. Before I leave my friend Emily Jones from Simply Emily offered to take pictures for me.
Here are some of them.

I was unable to post my video from before so here it is along with some pictures from my Call.

I'm really excited and nervous to start out on my adventure. Leaving behind the most wonderful friends and my most beloved family. I want to testify that I know that what I am doing is the work of the Lord, that He has sent me to a place where I will learn and will be given the opportunity to teach. I am so proud to be serving and to have so many wonderful friends serving too. I know that what I teach is true. I know it, I live it and I love it. I hope that I can be a tool in the Lords hands to bring people joy, hope and faith. I know that as I strive to do my best I can accomplish all things. And with a little help from my companions and a lot of help from Heavenly Father I can accomplish all that He has planned for me. I am thankful for the knowledge of this truth and even more thankful to the missionaries who converted both my dad's parents and my mom's parents. Without them I would probably be in a different circumstance. I hope and pray that I can be the light to so many who are confused and lost in this world of confusion. I hope that as I go on this 18 month journey that I can grow and develop skills that will bring me closer to my Father in heaven. I hope that my family and friends will be safe and successful with upcoming endeavours and that they know how much I love and will miss them.

Sincerely and with much love Sister Puddicombe
