Celebrations

BIRTHDAYS! I just love birthdays. This month I've had the chance to celebrate three. Two of the birthdays I celebrated come from back home in London. The first was the my old Bishops wife who has always been like a second mother to me. Happiest Birthday Cassandra! And the second is another wonderful women in my life Sherry Hall. She is amazing inspiration to all! Happy Birthday Sherry! Last but not least was one of my new friend Brice we had a blast partying around Peoria Arizona. Happy Birthday Brice.

I realize that as I'm talking about birthday I've never posted anything about my birthdays. In September I turned 18, YAY! I had the opportunity two days before to take a photo shoot. The year before that as well I had a photo shoot done. I want to show you the wonderful pictures of my Birthdays!  Photo Cred to Vanessa Skinner and Christine Nelson.

These are some of my fondest memories! The first 3 or 4 are from London when I turned 17 an the rest are from my 18th birthday! I hope to be getting more profess. shots from now on since Christine needs a model and I love professional pictures we've worked out a deal. Till I write again. xoxo All my love Emma

Hello fellow bloggers, Life in Arizona has been going very well. I've been missing all the familiarities of life back in London. I feel liked I've missed so much like Halloween, Commencement, my brother getting his G1, birthdays and weddings. All the while I've gained so much by being here. All my new friends and all these new exciting experiences. It's been really fun, hard, lonely, adventurous and all educational. This Pathways program as of yet has not only been preparing me for life as a student in school but as a mother *when I get there* with children. How I can budget and plan, it's absolutely amazing. The count down has begun sadly it's further then what I'd like :) 5 weeks and 4 days! :D The next couple of weeks are going to either go by really quickly or exterely slowly.

This was Halloween with the munchkins! Such a Blast to hangout with them. The next couple of pictures are going to be from a camp in we had. Then after that a crazy hair day nea and I had together, Super fun!

The end result of taking my hair out.. yikes! Now my hair really looks like a lion mane. love it.. but not really:) The next pictures are some of my new friends, my being sick and me being silly :P

The pictures are from going to the movies to see Foot loose, which was amazing by the way. The next one is from my pathways class and the last group one is from my workout class. The workout class is Monday Wednesday and then Friday is Zumba  my new favourite thing! The last pictures will be scenery of the BEAUTIFUL Arizona.

Back to the Beginning

When I first started blogging it was after General Conference 2010. It has been a pleasure to share with you my live and travels. My monthly resolution is to be more creative with my post, to keep you all updated on my wonderfully adventrious life. Back to the point of this post. I want to share with you my favourite talk of this months General Conference. My favourite talk was by Elders Oaks.

Elder Oaks

Elder Dallin H. Oaks encouraged members to decide to follow the Savior and to focus on eternal life. “Jesus Christ is the Only Begotten and Beloved Son of God,” Elder Oaks testified. “He is our Creator. He is the Light of the World. He is our Savior from sin and death. This is the most important knowledge on earth, and you can know this for yourself.”

I would just like to share my testimony on the truthfuliness of this Gospel. I know that Jesus Christ was not only a great teacher and example but our Savior. He came to suffer and die that we may live for all eternity IF we follow his ways, IF we live proper commandments and IF we strive to teach others correct principles. I know that as I strive to do these things I will not let others fall, I will not only strive to teach through example some of the time but always. I will share my knowledge of truth. And I know it's True. It's not just a belief of what I hope to be real. I know that after this life I will come home to my Father in Heaven and my elder brother Jesus Christ. I testify of this. In the name of our Reedemer Jesus Christ Amen.
